TPG Experiment

For the learning experience, I sent some ANACS coins to NGC. I'm happy that most of my predictions were on the money, but disappointed with ANACS, as I've always heard them to be very good (even conservation??) with world coins. Not a single coin upgraded and many fell short. Oh well. It was fun anyway. These are all U.S. Philippines by the way.

That's rich!! I've seen more NGC slabs than I could stomach in MS63 slabs which were, in fact, AU58.
Since it's an experiment, I would submit them to NGC as RAW coins, otherwise you'll never get a true unbiased "opinion", IMVHO at least.

I totally agree, but needed a few of them, due to their value, to remain certified (even if they didn't cross), so left them in holders. No doubt the grades would have been higher if they had been sent in raw.
