My recent sub may end up in the problem pile

I dont think I put my Credit card info on the submission form that I sent in this morning. Should I wait on them to contact me or try to send an E-mail letting them know? Can they use the # on file or will I have to send them the #. Who should I contact if anyone?image

    I would think they would not use the number for a previous order as your card may have changed. Contact Cosetta; she's a great help and a PSA asset. If you do choose to email, be sure you don't use the info@psa address - it just goes into a central repository and may never get received.

    Well, I would think it would be Monday before anyone was there anyway and they probably wont get the package until Tuesday. So should I send Cosetta an E-mail telling her to expect my package or just wait till they find the problem? Is Cosetta's e-mail Cosettarobbins@psa ??

    Cosetta does come in on weekends some times.

    I don't think Cosetta ever leaves the office- I've gotten emails from her on Saturday mornings and Sunday nites.

    Well, I have contacted Cosetta and she just forwarded my E-mail to the appropriate department. She said someone from that department would contact me if needed. From the looks of my delivery confirmation they have had it since yesterday and it hasnt been entered yet. Looks like im in for a long wait !

    I had a problem order that was received on 5/6. Everything was straightened out and the order was logged into the system on 5/19, but the grades are still not in image By the way, does PSA still list all the cards on your order before the grades are in, or does everything pop at once?
