Boo, You have not recieved expressed written consent to use my copywrighted quote in your sig line. In order to avoid a lengthy trial, I will accept a 100 ct. lot of Todd Van Poppel RCs. That kid's got quite an arm.
Because they were pretty much my hometown....I have 100 1985 Topps Traded Tom Browning, 200 Fleer Traded Jim Deshaies, and 500 1987 Topps Jim Deshaies. Tom Browning actually had a decent career going until his arm snapped on a pitch during a game. I dont know if any of you have ever seen/heard the footage but its pretty nasty. Almost the same thing that happened to Dave Dravecky. Jim Deshaies did get a little hot on his rookie year...but that ended quickly and I think he spent maybe 5 years in the majors. But it was all fun!
Amazing to think that out of those five cards--Clark, Bo, Wally Joyner, B J Surhoff and Ruben Sierra--Surhoff would end up with the best lifetime stats...
Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?
Forget blocking him; find out where he lives and go punch him in the nuts. --WalterSobchak 9/12/12

Here are mine. I have 100 of some and 500 of a few. The sticker is what I think I paid per card in '88.

I'll tell ya - depending on what you paid? That could be a good deal down the road when he goes in the HOF.
