I just bought one of these sets and I'm kind of curiously watching others comparitively.

At first it seems cool. The China / Taiwain thing made me cringe slightly then I saw the feedback. Ten feedbacks from 0 feedback sellers and the item links point to a whole lot of nothing. Looks to me like somebody established a small 100% feedback then went right after the big score. Let's see, they say no Paypal because they are in China but he can get to eBay??? Aren't eBay and Paypal, like the same company???? Then it says something about Taiwain, then it says Great Britian only, then it says worldwide shipping. I'm steering way clear of this one.

Of course I could be wrong. I've been wrong before. You could ask my ex-wife.

He had different pictures before that were from another auction in the last day or so. Now he's got this photo up from rareusagold or something.

He's not content with the small score. He's going for 6 or 7K

Then it gets better, lairr3 has received his last 9 purchase feedbacks from individuals who all have 21 feedbacks each. So far were talking dozens and dozens of screen names, a full time job leaving F/B back and forth.

Heres a few flags that popped out at me......................

"2. The shipment usually takes 3-7 business days."


Further down..............

and further.........

"Completion of your purchase is expected within 1 day of Auction Close."

"Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after one (1) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. "

So if I read this right..........they will ship within 3-7 days, but you only have 3 days after the auction end to return it? And if you don't pay up within 24 hours, they will neg you and file a NPB?

I also reported this scammer to Safeharbor yesterday (when there was about 5 hours left on the auction).
It appears that one of the robots at eBay actually did the right thing for once and cancelled the auction.
