Pitiful Mail day

ok, so two orders of cards arrive today, both of which were screwed up. The first is from tntcollectibles58 on ebay. It was for a 1951 bowman card that I paid $3.00 shipping for, only to receive it in a plain white envelope with .39 cent stamp. No surprise when I opened and found at least a dozen creases on the card.
The second order was from 4SC. I ordered 8 cards, and received 8, except 2 of them were not what I ordered. I expect 4SC to make good on the deal, but as for the other guy I dont know. Anyone who mails a 55 year old card in a plain, unprotected white envelope obviously has no respect for the card or the buyer.

<< <i>Few days back I received a SCD 10 Bill Ripken version in plain white envelope. The guy was nice enough to put it in a envelope then inside a larger one. Needless to say it was ruined. Seller wont respond. Paid M.O. via Yahoo. The money was a small amount but I wonder if he sends all his stuff like that. I could never do that. >>
Someone mailed me a BGS 9.5 1999 Bowman Chrome Shea Hillenbrand in a plan white envelope with no letter padded or anything. Amazingly the holder was uncracked and unscratched.

Congrats on the luck. I also received a SGC Clemens RC once all cracked up. Same as my other story no pic was made available. Makes me wonder if they were pawning off their own mailing misfortune. After numerous complaints I finally received a refund on the Clemens.
I did receive a rather expensive Star Wars unopened figure once shipped in a Pizza Box. The Pizza box was way too large and there was no newspaper or anything to prevent shifting. Figure was ruined. I returned for a refund. I forgot about it until it was too late and realized no refund was ever given.
Only a few problems out of hundreds keeps me smiling though.

Everytime I read the "When I die, I want to...." I laugh. Thanks

No mail here either. I'm anxiously awaiting my 71 Rose.
I laughed (not at you) when I heard the Netflix thing....only because it happened to me so many times with my Gamefly that I had to cancel my account. We have civilian carriers here in my little hick town...and they thief everything that's not nailed down.
