1992 Fleer Update... to open, or not to open.. OPEN!

I've had it for a while now.... pretty green box, but that plastic wrapper is just BEGGING to be removed. Anyone rip through these looking for gradable Piazza and Kent cards? Any common problems with this issue that would make opening it a bad idea (i.e. centering issues, chipping, etc)? It's been about 14 years since I last opened a pack of 1992 Fleer, so I have no idea what problems are common with the set. Where's the Piazza and Kent located within the box?

edit: June 4, 2007: 1 year later... OPENED..

Both my "pretty green boxes" will remain sealed........Sorrry but I am "one of those" type collectors.

...I suppose if I had a case laying around I would open up a few boxes.

What does the Piazza card even look like?

The Piazza is #92 and Kent's #104. Keep it sealed.

PSA 9's don't really bring much more than raw versions, so the only reason to bust in terms of profitablility would be to go for 10's, which is somewhat unrealistic. My stance on busting anything is that if I can't make money off 9's then it's not really worth it.

What are the Piazza's going for now a days?? I was going to ask before if anyone thought that now would be a good time, as far as investing goes, for getting some of his rookie cards??

Ok. I finally broke down and opened it.

Well, centering started off as BAD, but got better as I went deeper into the set. Asside from the end cards, the corners on this set were pristine. Here's the Piazza and the Kent.

Centering t/b is exactly 40/60, and 45/55 l/r. Under 10x magnification, the corners are flawless, no chipping or roughness on the edges (front or back).

They're going in with my submission this month. What do you think they'll grade?
