Andy Madec Auctions Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Ok so here is my rant. I won an auction from the Andy Madec Auctions. I read all the requirements and see they wont take credit cards but they will take money orders or bank wire. So after the auction I send an email asking for there info for the wire transfer. I get an email back saying they would call me or email me the info the next day. The next day comes and goes and so I figure they will get ahold of me sooner then later as I owe them money for the auction. Well a few more days go by and so I email them requesting the info. Nothing happens for another couple of days. Then they finally email me and say "just send a money order its easier for us". Well excuse me but if I am the customer shouldnt it be whats easiest for me??? If they dont want a wire transfer then say so in your instructions. Well the last year I have gone hard at building my sets and have spent alot of money doing so. I can tell you one thing they will NEVER get me bidding on there stuff again. I have a real problem when the tail wags the dog, so this dog is going to look at Andy Maduc Auctions as the local fire hydrant and lift my leg all over them. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.image

P.S. If they read this I sent your damn money order today and thats the last cent you get from me. Oh ya and that includes my Graded Sets when the time comes to sell them!!!!!

If they offer wires as an option, they should honor it.

I agree - they are the one selling and deriving the profit - I had something like that happen to me.
I told the guy that I wasn't getting the card for free and that if he didn't honor his rules, then he could keep the item. All was well within moments.

I also agree, it may be best not to do biz with them under those circumstances.

I bought from them once in the past without issue. They actually took a card back that was overenhanced in the scan which I had issue with even though they said no refunds. no problems here

My problem with these clowns is that they spam their auctions to my personal email address and then I see
that they have literally 100's of peoples private email address(including mine) in the "To:" field for all to see.

I won't do business with them.

    Loves me some shiny!

Andy did work at one time for PSA. He is only a product of his environment and should not be treated unfairly.
