Arrived today. Not mint state, but I just loved the obverse toning... it's as if King Wilhelm is robed in royal blue.

There's enough wear on Wilhelm's beard, moustache, cheek, and eyebrow, as well as a little bit on the breast of the eagle, that I'm calling it an EF45. At that grade I'll be buried in it forever, but I bought it for it's aesthetic appearance not the technical grade.
