    PSA has graded, as AUTHENTIC, a handful of partial cards.

    At least the whole card is there in the example you provided...
    I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

    "Graded by PSA as PR-FR 1. Honestly, should have got a zero. This is without a doubt the worst condition card I have ever seen in a PSA holder. "

    Then to follow-up with.....

    "PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHEN BIDDING: We are not experts. We want to be as honest as possible and not "over sell" this card."

    It's a rough looking one, but 707 had a bunch of really beat up Mantles that would give that one a run.
