No. The minimum fee is $18 for Economy crossover plus $15 for variety attribution.

You want that single coin crossed & VAMmed? Pony up $50 for express, plus another $15 for variety attribution (keeping in mind that the 5 day express grade guarantee is now void) pay about $30 for registered shipping both ways, and the cost basis of your coin just went up $95.
