Well, my Wheatmaster tradition continues... heres the story...
Sunday evening, I received a call from my mom... she informed me that my grandfather had passed away from a heart attack. As I grew up... my grandmother controlled all the finances, and my grandpa never had any money... my grandma would always ask for all of the "silver" change... being anything a nickel or higher... so he would cash in all of his change for rolls of pennies. He has tons of jars laying around his room full of pennies. Well, I was going through some of his stuff trying to find pictures and what not for the funeral... and came across a small box... in it contained the following...
4 1941 and up wheat pennie books... 1 is full... 2 are close to being full, and 1 has a few pennies in it.
Around 50 Indian Head Pennies
18 Mercury Dimes
Probably around 500 lose wheat pennies aside from all of this. I am still sorting through everything... and I have my camera... however I forgot to bring my link cable with me from South Carolina. I will get some pics of them when I return to base and get them posted.
