1955 TOPPS HANK AARON GAI 6.5 #47
and
1955 TOPPS HANK AARON PSA 6 #47
These 2 cards end 1 minute apart tonight and are offered by the same seller. Right now, the PSA 6 Aaron is at 3X the price.
Any guesses?

<< <i>When I see a card that appears to be "too nice for the grade" like this one, in a GAI holder - it doesn't give me a good feeling. >>
I know that feeling well. My gut instinct tells me that if a major dealer has a card in a GAI holder there's usually a very good reason for it.
And with that, I have seen many other board members have GAI graded cards and then crack them to submit to PSA...so I know Im not the only one buying GAI graded cards when it seems appropriate.

Looking for Al Hrabosky and any OPC Dave Campbells (the ESPN guy)
<< <i>Since we are on a slight GAI conversation here, can someone explain to me the purpose of the 'First Graded' designation on some GAI holders? Did the people that submitted the 'first graded' get a discount on it? Reason why I am asking is I have bought a handful of GAI 'first graded' cards, and every time I have the card looked nice and got cracked and crossed to PSA for great results... >>
I've wondered the same thing.

And if it does, then it's a good deal IMO since the card will be worth around 350$.
Who bought the card? Someone here?
