Will this affect my grades?

I am going to submit a 05 UD Legends Butkus and Ditka autograph, but there is a mark on the autographed sticker. This must be from the factory as I bought these 2 cards from different dealers. Any idea if this will affect the grade on the cards. I have heard if there is a factory problem with the cards you could contact the Manf. and if they agree they will replace them.
I tried to attach a pic, but I am not sure if it is large enough to see the blemish.
I haven't figured out how to get a large pic on here with the 50k limit
any help would be appreciated

Hope that helps!
1) THey replace damaged cards from the pack (so if you do call keep this in mind when explaining the problem)
2) They replace for up to a year or when the replacement supply is gone
3) Upper Deck is not good at returning them in a timely manner, Topps and Donruss / Playoff are much better
4) There is no guarantee that you will get a gradeable card back, it may be worse off than the one you sent (just dont go into it thinking a Gem Mint beauty is being mailed to you)

I pulled a Johnny Bench Red Framed HOF Heores autographed card #3/5 from 1995 Donruss DK. And a Nolan Ryan NON-CANVAS Hof Hereos..out of 20..
both were heavily damaged right from the box.
I contacted Donruss/Playoff Customer Service through their website...and they said to send them back and they'd take care of it. I mailed them back insured the 2nd week in November. They got them...and there they still sit!!!!
8 emails later....5 phone messages..and I still can't get a HUMAN to pick up the phone or return a call!!
I emailed them 2 weeks ago and threatened to sue them....and told them I wanted a contact number of someone/anyone who can handle the situation.

anything...the 2007 will be here.
Either send me back the original damaged cards and I will sell them off
at a fraction of what they are worth...replace them...or give me
something that atleast be comparible!!

does that part of customer service not a part of your practices??

vendors on ALL Donruss and Playoffs products!!
Yes..I AM boycotting your company..and will strongly urge others to do
