how do you know when its time to renew your pcgs membership?

i just now found out i can't get into to pop reports!image

is there any way you find out the exact day you (ahem) expire? image

    Same thing happened to me last month. I found out it had expired because I couldn't access the pop reports. In years past, they've sent a renewal reminder.

    I would like to get dealer status so I don't have to worry about renewing or paying the fee each year. How do you get 3 dealer references if you mainly get inventory from the mint, other collection or auctions?

    NGC sent me a notice... AFTER my membership expired.

    My renewal comes by mail, but I just renew online.

    It usually comes well before the expiration date.

    I wanted another 8 regular submissions, so I called customer service and renewed 6 months early. The rep had to check to see if it was allowed, was very courteous, and yes, you can renew early to get the 8 regular submissions. Nice experience.

    Can you believe the same exact thing happened to me over this weekend image
    I wound up just getting the cheap-o membership since I haven't submitted anything in 4 months...and don't anticipate doing so for a while.
