Chris Reitsma for Ryan Dempster?

Dempster gives the Braves 3 runs Friday to blow the save, and Reitsma gives the Cubs 3 runs Sunday to blow his save. How about a trade?

    How about moving Smoltz back into the closer's role and using Kerry Wood as the Cubs closer?

    I think Smoltz has done well so far this year. This was his worst outing although the wind today made almost everyone (including Ramirez image ) look bad. Obviously Mazzone is missed since I believe the Braves lead the league in blown saves. Ken Ray seems to be the right answer, however. In 25 appearances (25 IP), he's allowed runs twice.

    As far as Wood goes, his stuff is great, but his control is too off to ever close IMO.

    Also Oscar Villarreal is the luckiest man alive - he's got a mediocre ERA and several blown saves, yet he's 2nd in baseball in wins (7-0)

    A Canadian for another Canadian sounds like an interesting deal.
