The coin's an AU58. Look at the ***0.58/**** on the label.
I've had great transactions with people like: drwstr123, CCC2010, AlanLastufka, Type2, Justlooking, zas107, StrikeOutXXX, 10point, 66Tbird, and many more!

He hit that freakin slab with a torch lighter. Funny how only a small part of it was melted by FIRE and the rest is for the most part OK??? The part that got hit by fire is right in the center of the label???? Bull CRAP!
"I DID NOT KNOW THE GRADE B4 I BEEN TOLD EARLYER BY SOMEONE I KNOW SO I INTEND TO LET THE HIGHEST BIDDER KNOW. THATS KOOL THAT YOUR LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT THE GRADE BUT MY STATING ABOUT FUNNY AND ODD ASSUMING THAT I ALTERD IT IS NOT "
The seller has made a mistake, that is all. Maybe he could use a little slack. He has added a question and answer to the eBay item: Q: I wanted to bid on this coin, but I can see on the label that the coin is an AU58. Why are you calling it gem BU? May-28-06 A: BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW THE GRADE AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING.IT HAS NOW BEEN EXPLAIN HOW THE GRADE IS IDENTIFIED WITH THE SERIAL NUMBERS I CAN NO LONGER REVISE OR END THE AUCTION THE WINNER OF THE COIN WILL NOT BE LIABLE OR HAVE TO COMMITT TO BUY IT
I think the seller thought he had something more then he actually had, that is all.
At least now there is an addendum that specifically mentions the buyer can return the coin if desired. It would be interesting to know the trail this coin / slab took in its damaged state.
Imagine having a listing where in the last 4 hours numerous complaints about the listing come in and your hit counter goes from 50 to 675?
The new owner is going to have a difficult task at best, removing that coin from a contorted slab without damaging it.

What does this coin sell for in 58?
<< <i>This coin is graded AU58, which is nowhere near your claim of Gem BU. >>

Send it in the holder to PCI for a crossover. It'll probably come back MS.
If only it were that easy!
