This was on MSN............If you purchased a pre-publication copy of this book
from J.T. Stanton, here is what you have to do:
You need to call the customer service center of
Whitman Publishing at (800) 546-2995, and tell them
that you ordered a copy of the book from J.T. They are
compiling a list of names and addresses, which will be
cross-checked against records J.T. is supplying to
Whitman Publishing. If your name is on J.T.'s list,
then Whitman will send you your book. If your name is
not in the records given to Whitman, then it will be
forwarded to J.T. for him to research, and you will
then have to take it up with him. The way I understand
it, Whitman is not filling the orders for J.T., but
rather shipping them out on his behalf.

Well, I guess I'll give it a shot anyway.
Thanks.

Thanks JT. I know you made this happen.
JT is quoted that he will fulfill orders taken by him prior to the deal with Whitman.
He asked that if your address changed in the time you have been waiting to email him at jtstanton@aol.com and provide your new address. Otherwise the book will be mailed to your address of record.
This seems to be great news, but we have been disappointed so many times, I don't plan to get too excited yet.

<< <i>It'll be interesting to see what the protracted wait does for demand. Will collectors be so disgusted that the book doesn't sell well, or will the demand explode and copies become difficult to get?

Good point. I have long since filled that spot next to my volume one, but I still wait for number two with open arms. My arms are a bit tired, but what the heck.
I'm also a nonfactor (with regards to your post) having prepaid like so many others. When I get it I'll be happy.

This is supposed to be new information? They quoted two month old my post verbatim. Tell me again where you read this? Did they credit me or this forum as the source of the info, or were they passing it off as new?
Also, the contest someone mentioned ended over a year ago, luckily no one guessed "never" so when the final guess was reached I called him the winner. The winner asked me to give the coin to Jeremy for one of his charity auctions.
