PVC is green so that is probably what it is. A nice long soak in some pure acetone will remove the PVC and quite possibly those spots too. You might give it a try since it doesnt hurt the coin anyways.

Spot will likely BB the coin. And if not, 63-64BN may be the best achievable grade - worth $25-$35. With the spot this will always be a coin that is hard to sell, even slabbed.

The 01 Indian is not worth the slabbing fee, even if you remove the green spots.

BB for corrosion or environmental damage.

it may be worth soaking in acetone to stop any further damage and then it can prove a useful learning/teaching tool for you.

Looks more like corrosion than PVC. I would bodybag it if I were the grader.

bb for sure, buy an already slabbed o1 and save the grade fees.

even without the spots, not worth it. The marks will limit the grade anyway, not worth the fees

I have to agree with the crowd; that IHC is not worth sending in and will be BB'd if you do.
