Funny thing, I have thought about ordering some of their slabs to "grade your own." If you sell some raw cards, it could be nice to have them encased and list the grade that you personally feel it is worth. This works if you are a honest and relatively accurate grader. If you are not, people will find out pretty quickly. Actually could be used as a tool to gain customers trust, if you grade conservatively.
Near Mint/Mint 8
Centering: 60/40 both ways or better on front. 80/20 or better on back.
Corners: Sharp to the naked eye, but slight imperfections allowed under close examination.
Edges: Relatively smooth borders. Specks of chipping visible to the naked eye are allowed.
Surface: A few minor print spots. Very minor color or focus imperfections. Solid gloss with very minor scratches detectable only upon close inspection. Or a subtle metallic print line.

The Fleer 59 series is all Ted Williams.
The rest, other than the Topps monster 572 card series are small sets (in number, high in value) like Bazooka and Kahns.
