Thanks everyone. Its a tough on to grade since it has semi proof like fields but it is definately not MS. My thoughts are AU50-55.

Very nice! The TRU_T coins happened early in the die life, I belive the grease fill was when the die was installed, so MS coins are often PL. AUs that have that PL trait are often seen as well. I'm going with 55.
