Unfortunately I've fallen for '33 Goudeys....

I have this sinking feeling that I may work on those whenever I finish selling stuff for my old man.........and that's tough to say being a coin collector! LOL

they are a sharp looking set of cards!

plus, we already have several of them.

I'd like to do a raw set of those also. Unfortunately I already have too many irons in the fire. Good Luck with it Goose!!

I agree - it's an incredible set with immense superstars.

I would have to sell the house first before taking on that set!

Good luck and keep us posted.

Jay sold me the lone cuban in the set, Luque...its by far one of my favorite cards.

    Awesome set go for it!

A fabulous set. I have been somewhat working on this set for years; as soon as I finish my 71 PSA set, I am thinking about turning to focus on this set. I have no condition criteria (which makes it easier) for my Goudey set. I figure I will probably get the entire set done short of the Ruths, the Gehrigs and Lajoie. I will then wait to hit the lottery to finish it!
