Grades popped quick turnaround

I decided to take advantage of the $5 special to get some slightly off condition cards graded. I got about what I thought on the grades but was amazed when I checked today and found they had posted after just 3 days. Thanks PSA, more cards coming your way.

More likely Grader 314 is deciding if they should get 4's or 5's
Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's
Were the grades pretty much what you expected?
Getting an 8 on a 66T team card is cool.

<< <i>I mailed mine last Friday, it was logged Monday, graded yesterday and I got the cards back today. Pretty quick, and they were crossovers on the latest special. >>
I guess it's my turn in the barrell. I've had a few orders that 'leapfrogged' orders that had been logged in prior to mine this year, but that lucky streak appears to be over. My latest submission is a 45 card lot with zero oddball stuff, and it was logged in on the 11th of this month. My experience tells me that if it's not done in the first week after being received it's usually not done for a very long, long time, so I guess I'll sit back and enjoy the wait

I sure hope the guys who handle this stuff don't read the boards - some people may be waiting a long, long, long, long, long....time.

No, that's cool. I've got plenty of time. Sooner is better obviously, but I just don't have it in me to fret over turnaround times. I guess I've just never found it to be that important.
My personal record is 54 days, but it's hard to count that one since it went through Joe Tuttle. In any case this one will probably shatter whatever the record is for a submission made under my account (probably 30 days or so, tive or take).
But this one will pale compared to the one I just sent in on Wed., which is a 100 card lot of which at least 75% is total oddball stuff. And by oddball I mean some issues that PSA has never graded, along with a bunch that have maybe 30 specimens graded total. That one should take until at least July, I'd think. I'd be tickled pink if it came back any earlier than that.
Nice job MC

Yes pretty much as I had thought. The Venezuelans were beat up but thought they deserved a home in a slab. The others I had picked up on ebay over the past couple years and they did not quite look up to 8 or 9 grading so I held them. Given the $5 special I thought it was time to get them in holder. I was pleased with the Hostess cards, Transogram and Milk Duds all cut outs and all at or neat highest graded so far.
