I am not wanting to sell these yet but I am looking for a guestimate on how much these could go for? I have about 150 full date Buffalo Nickels-60%: Post 1930, 40%: pre 1930. All of the coins are in VG to XF condition. Thank you for your help!

  • I will generously offer 10 cents a pop! how can you refuse a 100% return ?

seriously, good luck, i dont have a clue what such a lot would fetch.

  • You can get $0.75/ea for common date/full date buffs. If they have full horns, you can get about $1/ea.

If they're all common date...the other posters hit it. I'd check for the obvious dates before bulk selling them ...'31-S...'21-S bring premiums.

As a point of comparison, I sold off around 30 different dates (G-VF) on eBay and got ~$20 net. ...so around 67 cents a piece.

  • I believe Leroy @ Covina Coins will pay a tad more thanthat for 'em. I have a ton of 'em, taken from circulation in the 50s & 60s. The make great kiddie gifts!
