I have some nice raw lots on ebay that end Sunday and they are still cheap right now. I have 1974, 1975, 1979, 1980 all Baseball and 1986 Fleer Basketball. If your looking to grade some, here's a breakdown:
1974 - These are nice, especially the traded cards. I would say the regular cards are mostly PSA 8 with maybe a few PSA 9's. The traded cards will have a higher percentage of PSA 9's, they look crisp. I've sent some of these traded cards in for grading in the past and got a good amount of PSA 9's but they sold for about grading fees so I didn't bother grading anymore. If your looking for some good quality 1974's, I have many extras but a lot of duplicates. PM me if your interested.
1975 - Mostly PSA 8 with maybe a chance at a PSA 9. To be safe, I would say primarily PSA 8 material but it wouldn't surprise me if you got a couple 9's. Depends on the grader that day. I also have many extras of these 1975's in the same quality but with duplicates. PM me if your interesed.
1979 - Should be some PSA 9 material in this lot. Basically pack fresh cards so you would probably get the normal precentage of PSA 8's and PSA 9's that you would from opening racks. I really don't grade these commons so these are pretty much unsearched.
1980 - These came from a few rack packs and some leftover vending that I had. About the same quality as the 1979's stated above. These are pretty much unsearched for grading also.
1986 Fleer Bkb - I'm honestly not too familiar with this issue. I've never graded any. I looked through them for anything I thought would have a shot at a 10 and I didn't see any that I felt were solid 10's. There appeared to be some that looked like good 9 material but I'm not interested in 9's. I have a better eye for more cardboard type older cards to I didn't really try grading these. These cards are centered pretty nice for the most part. I would say almost entirely PSA 8 - PSA 9 material. Good lot to start a set from and fill in the stars in graded form.
These descriptions for grading are primarily for anything that is centered nice and pd free. Most of these cards have good centering but there is a few here and there that are oc.
