I will be the 1st to say Ive been guilty of not deleting a coin right away after selling it Tonight I felt the sting of trying to add a coin to my set and getting shot down because some one didnt remove it from there's

I hate when people do that. There is a guy in the registry across the street who had a very public sale over a year ago but maintains his entire ex-set in his registry only removing a coin when someone challenges him trying to add it to their own.

Yeah just email them and have a pic of the coin in hand ready just in case PCGS asks for it.

Had that happen a few times. It will get sorted out pretty fast.

It's annoying but PCGS takes care of it when you report it.

Just went through this. If the original owner does not remove the coin (as it was in my case), you have to e-mail a scan/picture of the front and back of the holder.

Some of the confusion for me sometimes is that I will delete say all the coins in a particular PCGS registry set and then forget that some of those same coins were in a NGC set.....it can get confusing at times so I don't typically get too upset if it takes a few extra days for me to add a coin
