1943 DDO "Double Eye" MS-65, good buy?

altought it is in an NGC holder, looked on heritage, would you give $300 for it to crack out, nice coin and think it would cross.

    I would be carefull about cracking Ngc Jeffersons to send to Pcgs for same or better grade. You might try a cross, but don't crack it.
