Is this proof IHC a cameo on the obverse?

Looks real nice. I can't wait to see this in hand. The reverse pictures are bad, but you can clearly see frost on the wreath. What do you all think?

I don't think there is quite enough contrast between the fields and the devices. Very nice Indian, however.
