Found Some Silver ***5/26 UPDATE***

I went back to my great aunt's yard yesterday where I had previously found 5 silver dimes and a silver half. After about 45 minutes of mostly silence, I decided to stoop down low and go under a deck which had been built over the old back steps. Around 10 minutes later I found this 1939-D Merc. about 2 inches down. It was a lot of work to have to walk around under there all bent over, but well worth it.

  • Nice work SD! Swingin the coil under the deck was good thinking.

I went back to my great aunt's yard today with my uncle (tjkampis) and we found two more silver dimes. I found this 1949-D Rosie and he found the 1962-D Rosie. This yard has given up a total of 8 silver dimes and 1 silver half now. It seems like something new pops up everytime we go.
