I don't have the book in front of me, but you need a whole salt shaker when looking at their rarity ratings. Here's one that sold on eBay for $10. If you have an unholed variety, that's a lot rarer than a holed one. Condition plays a big factor also, of course.

Thanks for the replies. I thought it was strange that for being described as extremely rare with 21-50 pieces known, they seem to be plentiful on ebay. However this is an old edition of the So Called Dollar book from the sixties.

Some SCD's listed in ex . rare are not , some listed as scarce are actually ext. rare.
