What's this 1909VDB worth?

I know the pic isn't the greatest, but what do you guys think is up with the B E R? And does that VDB look strange? I have no clue about these things. What do you think it's worth based on the pics?

    looks moderatly circ'd with a few strange hits...the vdb looks odd, or it could be the pic...worth a coupla bucks id guess

    The VDB looks correct as far as I can tell from that image.

    It's always off center, the cross bar in the B is tilted down to the left and there are periods after each letter.

    Without the "S" it's no big deal as far as a coin is considered. But I like them anyway.
