I hope everyone is doing well!

Its been a while since I posted and I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I have been busy working (grass is growing very fast), fixing the house and restoring a 1971 Camaro that I have owned for the past 13 years. It was one of those project cars that never gets completed but I am now determined to get it done! I havent bought any cards in quite a while and have been able to pay more money to monthly bills(which is nice I must add). So I just wanted to say hi to all my friends and I will talk to you guys later. image

Right back at you Matt! Glad to hear about the Camaro, sounds sweet. This baby is literally 1 mile from my house. I pass it everyday on the way to work. It's not quite a Camaro (not even close), but it's growing on me. Unfortunately, I think the seller's reserve is about $1000 more than a fair price for it.

Anyway, glad to have you back. In case you've missed it, the Tigers have the best record in baseball (that's the small white ball with the red strings).

    Peace,

    Tom

    Hi Matt,

Been kinda wet and cold up here in Maine but looks as if we might get a stretch of temps in the 60's. Now if only the nights would stop getting down to the low 40's I could stop having to use the heat.

Sounds like your keeping busy but it's great that you stopped by to say hi.

    Hi Dave,

I'm in what I am sure you have heard called the other part of Maine, the Machias area in Washington County.

Hey Matt. Good to hear you are still alive and kickin'. Hope that little one is allowing you and your wife some sleep at night. I guess we will hear more from you later in the year.

I really enjoy working on cars too. I had my car since age 16 and now I am twice that age and still caring for it. Its an older Mercedes built in an era when engineers could design something that was truely a work of mechanical art and functionality. No accountant got in the way of forcing the engineers to cut corners in producing something cheaply. A brand new car does not appeal to me all that much. They are not as reliable as the much older models with all things being equal.
