I plugged te cert # into the cert verification, and that's what they say it is.

Is this a "mechanical error" on PCGS's part?

The printing on the label looks weird to me for some reason.

I believe the coins were grading in a massive bulk deal around 1998/99 right before PCGS employed the DCAM designation. The coins are DCAM and for $5 PCGS would add the designation IMHO.
