I've been on the lookout for a nice low mintage, circulated gold coin for about two years. I have had a number of chances to buy coins that fit the bill, but just didn't have the right look. I recently received and email from Doug Winter about a three dollar gold piece that looked good in the pictures, but I was still a little unsure. I got the coin today and I am 100% satisfied.

Its funny you say that because I thought the picture made the coin look a little "washed out", but I looks nicer in hand.
