    I'm guesing centering. It's almost exactly 40/60 t/b. Though 60/40 is within the boundries of a PSA 10, I guess the grader decided that it wasn't worthy of being the first 10 based on "eye appeal" or something. I don't have the cajones to crack this thing out though. Knowing me, I'd probably mess up the card getting it out.

    Oh well. I got this thing raw for way, way, way less than the current bid, so I'm not gonna complain.

    However, if I see a PSA 10 go up on Ebay in the next few months and it looks like this card, I'll make sure to kick myself firmly in the @$$.
