I mean come on, this is rediculous...first a regrade in holder goes 0 for 8. Now a designation review goes 0 for 14.

All 14 coins came back with the same cert. #. I thought they were supposed to get cracked out and renumbered, so the graders aren't supposed to know what the coins are already graded. I mean come on, there is something rotten in Denmark. I wonder if they even look at the coins???

There goes another $170 down the drain.

On designation reviews (PL, CAM, etc.) they don't take them out of the holder. On regrades they do.

I guess PCGS has changed their process. I was told by Rick Montgomery (now at NGC) that all coins in PCGS holders get cracked out no matter what.
