    They were in Sacramento in the wild days of the early '80's. I think they offered private vault storage for bullion or coins. As I recall, these $12 beauties were their undoing. 12 was a "magic" number below which silver could not fall. Kinda gets spensive buyin 4 an 5 dollar silver for $12.
    But crazy things went on at that time.
