PSA must be getting backed up

My package was delivered there last Tuesday. I know because I used delivery confirmation and I checked the USPS website. Everytime I go to look it up, it isn't even logged into the system yet. That's not a good sign. Usually it only takes a day or 2, not a week and counting. I have a feeling that I could be waiting 2 or 3 months for this one to come back.

Anyone else having this problem lately?

Did you make sure it wasn't sitting on the problem shelf? If it is you won't get a call, and won't find out until you call them.

I just sent in a submission in early May and it went to the problem desk. However, PSA sent me an email requesting that I call them ASAP immediately after receiving my submission. The problem was I indicated "NONE" as a minimum grade for a crossover. They didn't like this because they said it was unclear if I wanted a grade or would accept an "AUTHENTIC" slabbing. For everyone's future reference, "PSA 1" is what you need to enter if any grade is acceptable.

I sent in a submission, priority mail on May 8th. I got logged in on May 18th. This is longer than usual for my submissions....they must have gotten buried with submissions.....

i sent in a sub last week and due to my own error, i got a call from Kristen @ PSA on friday, she was very helpful, and my order was entered today..

W, You guys are gonna love this one. Sent 80 card sub. on Saturday and it was logged today!!!!! Fastest I've had in a long time. Now, lets see if the grades are as good. Good luck guys.

The submission I sent on the 9th was received on the 11th, logged on the 17th and grades posted on the 22nd. It was a 60 card 1978 topps baseball lot.

I just called PSA and they said my sub. is still sitting there and has not moved on at all yet, and there is no projection as to when it will. Who knows how long this will be. Gotta love the random selection process.

My two orders were delivered on Saturday but have not yet been entered into the system. The customer rep thought the delay may be because I did not put the service level on the outside of the box. It is the set registry special with no guaranteed turnaround time; not sure the reason to put it on there with no guarantee turn around time. I have never had this happen before. It is maddening.

I called today and yes, it was on the problem desk. Thanks for the help. If I didn't call, who knows how long it would have sat there. I didn't realize that the limit was $75. I put a couple declared values at $80 and $100.

The submission I sent on the 8th had 99 cards in it and they were all the current $5 special. I also sent a 50 card batch on the 19th of May and it hasn't been logged in yet.
