Is this a facsimilie of an early Polish coin?

This is a facsimile coin die stamped into the bottom of a small silver bowl, although I can't be sure its copied after a real coin, it would be interesting to know what similarities if any it shares to one?

This crude representation is dated 1484, silver dollar size and although the legend is poorly stamped it appears to be Latin, a part reads "Sigismundus," that name takes me to early coins of Poland.

Suggestions anyone?

I believe this is a copy of the gulden of Archduke Sigismund of Tyrol. These are the first dated thaler sized coins and often copied.3Mark

Thank you, that is exactly what this plates design is, based on your identification I found a brief history and image at the Austrian National Bank website.

I truly appreciate the attribution of this "coin".

Remember it's not how you pick your nose that matters, it's where you put the boogers.
