The silver coins looke like a republican coinage. Either a denarius or quinarius.
The other is Gallienus. He issued Victory coins to reflect his Victories in a way similar to those of the first couple centuries. But then also issued them to reflect Victories under is sole rule as Emoeror. The coin you have is of the Germanic Victories. ob: IMP GALLIENVS PF AVG GERM re: Hard to tell the full legend, but probably referring to the Victory over the Carpi in Dacia in 257 AD. Maybe VICTORIA GERMANICA. I think this fairly close.
