Slab toners if you're going to sell them?

For common date MS Morgans (grey sheet $25 to $45 range) with NICE (no, not monster, but *NICE*) multi-color toning, is it worth the bucks to slab them if you're looking to sell them? Do buyers shy away from unslabbed toners?

It's not a bad idea. TPGers have slabbed many toned coins and some have been AT, but on the whole your coins would still sell better as slabs.


edited to add: It will depend on how nicely toned your coins are.

Any pictures to give an example of the color? You have to know if the grading will make the coin increase in value more than the cost of slabbing, and the time involved.

In my opinion, if the coins are "nice", but nothing more than that, then a large chunk of change will be invested in the plastic and your eventual selling price is likely not to recoup the investment.

I had a raw morgan common date with awesome toning... raw would have sold for 50 bucks or so... had it graded at 64 and sold it for 380ish, way above ask...if it is nice, you see it you will know it...
