Anyone have 2006 Silver Proof South Dakota Ding?

Two of the three 2006 siver proof set I just got have a chip missing on the reverse of the South Dakota quarter, just beneath the "T" of Dakota. I'm wondering if this is a laminate, but looks like the chip is the same on both so maybe die? Anyone else have this error?

Also, all three of the Sac dollars have a smudge on the reverse just to the right of the "E" in E Pluribus Unum. It's about 1/8" long and looks to be made up of lots of little radial scratches. Again, looks to be the same on all three coins so wondering if anyone else has this and has an idea of how it happened. This doesn't look like a die problem to me, I think metal has been moved after the fact.

I sent my proofs back last year because they were such a mess. I don't really want to have to deal with that again this year but probably will.

i don`t see anything like that on my 10 sets, i looked at all coins very closely with a loupe and all are excellent, i would send them back if they don`t look nice.
