Listing for a 1956 Kaline PSA 9 is a PSA 8 (oc) !!!!

<< <i>You are bidding on a 1956 Topps Al Kaline #20 MINT PSA 8. Please see pictures. >>

have inspected the card and deem it a nine in my professional opinion. I have had many bad experiences with PSA graders. I have had Mint 9's with dings and 7's that look perfect. Grading is very subjective. Sometimes you get someone very anal, sometimes you get someone that is very leeniant. All you can hope for is someone who knows what they are doing. Unfortunetly, which is the case with this beautiful card, I got someone who does not know what they are doing.

THIS CARD HAS A LOW POP (POPULATION).

THE PSA SMR (SPORTS MARKET REPORT) FOR THIS CARD IS $1,850 PSA 9 MINT Topps Cards from the 1950's are Extremely RARE in this High Grade

There is a 68 Aaron psa9 that is psa8OC as well. Just think of all those 1/1 pop auctions that were pulled???? What a joke.

a real winner, this guy. With only a feedback rating of 24, you'd expect a novice, but he plays the scam game like someone who's done it before. On every one of his misleading auctions, which is basically every card that has been PSA graded, bidder IDs are private. All his other auctions have bidder IDs visible. Two different "9s" are actually 7s, while his other "9s" are all 8OC. One auction is a "10", but is a 9OC. Dude can't even get his descriptions right - on the 1980 Topps BIRD MAGIC JOHNSON ERVING RC PSA 10 $3,500, he used the same cut & paste job:

<< <i>You are bidding on a 1980-81 Topps Scoring Leaders (SL) Larry Bird/MagicJohnson/Julius Erving Rookie Card (RC) MINT PSA 9. Please see pictures. I have inspected the card and deem it a nine in my professional opinion. I have had many bad experiences with PSA graders. I have had Mint 9's with dings and 7's that look perfect..... >>

edited to add that some of his other auctions have private bidders too - he's advertising a bunch of '04 Upper Deck SP Legendary Cuts "autos" - obviously not autographed items. He also has the obligatory 1/1 (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - actually 350/350) auction.

heh - eBay is roscos_daddy right now - all of his misleading auctions got yanked. I guess that "report this auction" link is useful for something.

NOMAR IS BACK!! I remember that "in my professional opinion" garbage. We went rounds and rounds with this clown a year or so ago before finally getting him NARU'ed. This guy really a prize. I believe is old name was Nomar5082. I almost got carpal tunnel from reporting the guys auctions. He had over 1600 in feedback and was a powerseller from Michigan. The account was under some 73 year old lady's name. I remember him trying to sell that Bird/Johnson/Erving rookie when he was Nomar.
