Interesting site

I am going with a group of friends of mine to a site here in East Texas. The owner is in his late 70s. His grandmother apparently used to run guns during the civil war. Her fortune consisted mostly of gold coins which the story is she buried a bunch of them when the Government tried to force people to give up their gold coins.

He also knows where her old trash dump was. Might find some interesting stuff there as well.

Well got back, did not really get to use the detector much. Was mainly sizing up the property and locating key spots on the property. Did find a Texas License Plate from 1929 as well as a few others from the50s and 60s.
