Personally, I'm not sure it's possible to tell whether the coin is AU-58 or MS from images.

i think the price has told me what i wanted to know.

now i was not lazy and i sent several emails to the seller.
they described the coin pretty well, and i have a feeling
some people may be disappointed about that 64-65 grade

thanks to folks here, i am not going to risk my money
on pictures. i will save and goto a coin show or buy from
a trusted dealer.

The buyer must either have a lot of confidence or else he's really counting on being able to return it because "it's not as described" if it turns out to be an AU-58!

i asked about the return policy.
there is none. the coin is shown perfectly fine.
the sellers consider this an auction, not a preview
service.

i even asked if they would do a 10-15% restocking fee.
that is not what they want at all. hammer it and good bye.

From the pics I would spend 58 money hoping for a 64. I agree that unless it can be seen in hand it is not worth much more.
