PCGS Membership question

Didn't they used to have a certain amount of free submissions when you joined at the Gold level? I was just looking and you have to join at the Platinum level for 8 submissions.

  • Yes, the gold level used to cost $99 and 4 free submissions came with it, along with the Counterfiet/grading book and a slabbed ASE. A couple of yrs. ago PCGS gave themselves a raise and you now get very little for $99. That is why many now join at the silver level for $49..

Add $150. to what you're already going to pay ($49.) and you then get eight PCGS grading certificates.
The coins are graded faster than economy (60 days est. on economy and 21 days est. on the Platinum level).

I recently joined at the Platinum level and was pleased with the rapid turnaround of my coins. They came back after three weeks or so.
