Turnaround times on PCGS Truview? Anyone know?

its the rest of the process that bites
seems the coins get cracked and then sent to Phil,he takes the pix and then they get stuck back in the system !

It took Phil 4 days to take the photos once PCGS received the order.
It took an additiona 5 weeks to put them back in a holder and ship them to me. I expect to recieve them in another week or so.
Something is wrong at PCGS when it takes 5 weeks to put coins in a holder when no grading is involved.
Phil does great work - the rest of the process is broken.

Sure does and he's one of the best too!

I am not sure this is true - I had a coin that was returned to me in a body bag - and it was photographed. That would suggest that Phil might take the photo first and then it goes to the grading room.

The issue is PCGS does not have enough people and equipment to get everything slabbed, verified, packed and shipped in a timely manner.
