The 71 and 72 Canada $1 are easy to find toned, but how about a 1977 Toned Canada $1!! BTW, graded out SP67!

    The 1977 Cased Dollars came in a capsule. It was either removed and placed in some other kid of holder, or it was artificiallly enhanced. NGC graded it?

    Yes, it was still in the capsule. The reverse is white. I have a 78 that is the same (different color toning). Must have been the way they were stored.
    It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    The capsule must not be air tight then which would explain the rim toning.
