found a few oldies....at least for me........

in Metal Detecting
did a little detecting while on vacation in maine and came up with a few ihc's, 1868, 1892 1897, 1899. a couple of wheats, 1910 and 1936. also got a 1900 barber dime and a 1901 "v" nickel. my oldest coins befoer i found these were a 1911 austrian 1 heller and a 1924 mercury dime. it was cool to finally break into the 1800's. next step. 1700's!?!?! well i can dream can't i. i hope you all make some nice finds this weekend. peace.

i hope the pic comes up. it's the best looking coin of the bunch.

    i was visiting my brother in minot.....i got half a week of sunshine and half a week of, well you know, RAIN....had a nice trip though
