Does anyone know if the US Mint struck foreign coins in 1974?

I have a Kennedy Half Dollar that is missing the copper core and weighs 9.5 grams. Normal ones weight 11.34 grams. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Richard.

I'm sure they did. I have a 74-D Ike struck on a Phil Peso. No idea on weight, but it is certified by PCGS.

Here's the info I have on it. The Taiwan $5 is the only one that's the right weight of the coins made in 1974.

Bill, it is always nice to see your posts. Hope all is well. Another coin I bought with this lot was a 1964 Lincoln that was struck at least six times that I can see, maybe more. Gonna analyze it more this week. Pictures to come.
