    It just shows e-bays lack of understanding of the card industry and what 1/1 means. E-bay has no idea about population reports, smr's, or qualifiers. And it doesnt look like they want to know.

    Not good ! I do wish PSA would drop the qualifiers and reflect them in the overall grade as Beckett does!
    My focus, 1970 Topps Baseball Raw and Graded, pre 1989 PSA Hockey and 1933 INDIAN GUM ! Yikes!!

    I think that this card should be resubmitted. Looks like an 8 NQ on a different day.
